Call for Florida AUSAs: Pay Update

NAAUSA remains steadfast in our advocacy for equal pay for AUSAs. The pay inequity between Main Justice attorneys and AUSAs continues to diminish morale, fuel a brain drain of experienced AUSAs out of USAOs, and undermines USAOs ability to recruit and retain diverse AUSAs.

Most recently, NAAUSA learned that the Department is nearing completion of a study on pay inequity. NAAUSA is proud to say that a major impetus for this study was a congressional inquiry on the topic which was, in part, prompted by NAAUSA’s tireless advocacy to lawmakers on this topic.
