NAAUSA is calling for DOJ reforms that eliminate the significantly lower salaries paid to entry-level and mid-level AUSAs, compared to their trial attorney counterparts at Main Justice. The pay gap between AUSAs and their Main Justice counterparts is as large as $40,000!
